2. Eligibility

You must be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the services. Use is void where prohibited by law.

3. Promotions and Official Rules

All sweepstakes, giveaways, and promotions are governed by separate Official Rules. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Official Rules, the Official Rules shall control.

No purchase or support contribution is necessary to enter or win. A purchase or support contribution does not improve your chances of winning. Odds depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

4. Accounts and Information

You are responsible for the accuracy of information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account and devices.

If you participate in a RockatMedia promotion using an email address that is not already linked to an existing RockatMedia account, we may automatically create an account for that email so we can administer entries, receipts, winner contact, and related service communications. We may send a password setup or reset link so you can access that account.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to misuse the services, attempt unauthorized access, submit fraudulent entries, interfere with operations, or violate any law or regulation.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and materials are owned by RockatMedia or its licensors and protected by applicable laws.

RockatMedia is not responsible for third-party websites, content, or practices.

8. Disclaimers

Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

RockatMedia shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of the services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold RockatMedia harmless from claims arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.

12. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration

Except where prohibited by law, any dispute or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS. The arbitration will take place in Florida unless the parties agree otherwise. You and RockatMedia agree to bring claims on an individual basis only and waive any right to a jury trial or class action.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
