To protect promotions from abuse, we may process fraud-prevention signals such as hashed email or IP data, device or request information, rate-limit counters, duplicate-account indicators, reversal history, and other integrity checks. Hashes are used to help compare signals without displaying the original value in normal admin views.

If you apply to become an Ambassador, we may collect application information such as your account details, requested vanity code, notes, approval status, admin review history, active status, perks, and related program records.

2. How We Use Information

If you participate in a promotion and do not already have a RockatMedia account, we may use the email and participation details you provide to create an account, link entries to that account, and send account-access or password-setup emails.

We use referral and Ambassador data to attribute valid referrals, calculate and audit bonus entries, display referral dashboards and badges, administer Ambassador applications, enforce caps, investigate suspected abuse, reverse invalid bonuses, and maintain records needed to operate promotions fairly.

If you participate through a referral or Ambassador link, limited attribution may be associated with the referring account so the program can be administered. We do not publicly display your sensitive personal information to the referring user.
