Official Rules

These Official Rules govern each sweepstakes promotion (each, a "Promotion") operated by Rock at media, LLC. Campaign-specific disclosures, including entry periods, prizes, and approximate retail values ("Disclosures"), are displayed on the applicable campaign page and are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Disclosures control.
Participation in a Promotion constitutes Entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Promotion.
1. Eligibility
Unless otherwise stated in the Disclosures, Promotions are open only to individuals who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and the age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence at the time of entry. Promotions are void where prohibited by law.
Employees, officers, directors, contractors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) and household members are not eligible.
Individuals residing in jurisdictions subject to U.S. economic sanctions or appearing on the U.S. Department of the Treasury's Specially Designated Nationals (SDN) list are not eligible to participate.

3. Promotion Period
Each Promotion begins and ends on the dates and times specified in the applicable Disclosures. Sponsor is the official timekeeper for all Promotions.
4. How to Enter
There are two (2) methods of entry. No purchase is required to enter or win.
A. Support Contribution Entry (Paid)
During the Promotion Period, eligible participants may select a campaign and complete a voluntary support contribution via the RockatMedia website. Entries are awarded based on the entry table displayed on the campaign page. All entries are subject to the limits described in Section 5.
Sponsor may create or associate a RockatMedia user account with the email address submitted as part of a paid entry so entries, receipts, and winner communications can be administered through that account.
B. Alternate Method of Entry (AMOE) – Free
To enter without making a purchase or support contribution, eligible participants may submit the AMOE form available at www.rockatmedia.com/amoe during the Promotion Period. All required fields must be completed, and Entrant must affirm acceptance of these Official Rules and the Privacy Policy.
Sponsor may create or associate a RockatMedia user account with the email address submitted through AMOE so entries, eligibility records, and winner communications can be administered through that account.
5. Entry Limits
Maximum Support Contribution (Paid) Entries: Two thousand (2,000) paid entries per person per Promotion.
Maximum AMOE Entries: One hundred (100) AMOE entries per person per Promotion.
AMOE Submission Limit: AMOE is limited to one (1) submission per person per Promotion.
Entries received in excess of these limits will be void. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who attempts to circumvent entry limits or submit entries using fraudulent, automated, or deceptive methods. Each entry represents one (1) chance to win.
6. Winner Selection
At the conclusion of each Promotion, the winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period, including both paid and AMOE entries combined into a single entry pool.
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received for the applicable Promotion.
7. Prizes
Prize descriptions, quantities, and Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") are disclosed on the applicable campaign page. Prizes are non-transferable and may not be substituted or redeemed for cash, except at Sponsor's sole discretion.
Winner is solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, local, or other taxes and any expenses not expressly stated as part of the prize.
8. Winner Verification
Potential winners are subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules. Sponsor may require execution of an affidavit of eligibility, liability/publicity release (where permitted by law), and/or additional documentation.
Failure to respond within the time specified by Sponsor, or failure to comply with these Official Rules, may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.
9. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor's use of winner's name, likeness, photograph, voice, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media worldwide, without additional compensation.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, Entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and representatives from any and all liability arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries; technical failures of any kind; human error; or any other circumstances that may affect the operation, administration, or integrity of the Promotion.
11. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend, modify, or terminate a Promotion if fraud, technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Promotion.
Sponsor's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
12. Binding Arbitration Agreement and Class Action Waiver
Except where prohibited by law, any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to a Promotion or these Official Rules will be resolved by final and binding arbitration administered by JAMS under its then-current rules. The arbitration will take place in Florida, unless the parties agree otherwise.
YOU AND SPONSOR AGREE TO BRING ANY DISPUTE ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS ONLY, AND NOT AS A CLASS OR COLLECTIVE ACTION. The arbitrator may award relief only on an individual basis.
Each party will bear its own attorneys' fees. If JAMS is unavailable or unable to administer the arbitration, the parties will select a mutually acceptable alternative administrator.
One-Year Limitation: Any dispute, claim, or lawsuit must be filed within one (1) year of the event giving rise to the claim, or it is permanently barred.
Waiver of Jury Trial: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you and Sponsor waive any right to a jury trial.
13. Governing Law
These Official Rules and any disputes arising hereunder are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.
14. Privacy
Information collected from Entrants is subject to Sponsor's Privacy Policy, available at www.rockatmedia.com/legal/privacy.
15. Winners List
To obtain a winners list, email support@rockatmedia.com within sixty (60) days following the end of the applicable Promotion.
